Our Story

 

Café Sado is the brain child of Chef and Founder Tony Wong. One that had been in the making his entire life.

From the streets of Hong Kong, where he picked up dumplings on his way home from school with leftover pocket money, colorful curries his mother would imagine up for her restaurant in Bangkok, to walking the Japanese fish markets for sushi breakfasts in Kagoshima as an adult. This blended with his French training where he worked his way up from cold station to head chef, by working hard and using his imagination.

Every dish is infused with the imagery, smell, and sound of a life of adventure and culinary expeditions. We hope to transport you. Enjoy.
